However, please note that we cannot accept return or exchange requests for the following reasons:
- Returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
- Returns sent back without prior contact.
- Requests for returns or exchanges for items damaged or scratched after use.
- Requests made by someone other than the original purchaser.
- Requests for items purchased through auction sites or other non-official channels.
- Requests for items purchased from stores outside this website (including physical stores, permanent locations, or other online shops).
- Cases where the issue is due to manufacturing characteristics.

After your order has been shipped, please check the tracking number in the shipment notification email or in your Order History, and contact the shipping carrier directly to arrange any changes to the delivery date.
In consideration of protecting our customers' personal information and as part of our efforts to reduce paper usage for environmental conservation, we have discontinued including delivery notes and receipts in our shipments.
You can issue delivery notes and receipts from this page.

As stated in the Shopping Guide and on the product pages, we cannot accept cancellations or quantity changes due to customer requests after the order has been confirmed.
Examples of cancellations due to customer reasons:
- Incorrect order quantity
- Difficulty with payment
We do not accept changes to the payment method due to customer requests after the order has been confirmed.
Please make your payment using the payment method selected at the time of your order.
If your package is still within the carrier’s holding period, redelivery can be arranged directly with the carrier.
Since procedures vary depending on the carrier, please check the carrier details provided in the shipment notification email and contact them directly after the tracking number becomes available.
In the event the package is returned to our warehouse after shipment, we will notify you via email.
If you wish to have the item resent, a fee of 2,000 JPY per order will be charged to cover round-trip shipping and handling.
Please purchase the “Redelivery Handling” item, and once confirmed, we will proceed with the reshipment.
However, please note that our warehouse holds returned items for up to 60 days from the original shipment date.
We do not process redelivery requests beyond this holding period, and cancellations or refunds due to expiration of the holding period are not available. We appreciate your understanding.
There is a possibility that your order was not completed correctly or that there is an error in the email address you provided.
Depending on your email settings, emails from our site may be filtered into your spam or junk mail folder.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
We have observed many cases where customers using iCloud or mobile carrier email addresses do not receive our emails.
We kindly recommend reviewing your security settings or switching to a non-carrier email address to ensure proper delivery.

If you have enabled domain-specific filtering as an anti-spam measure, please add [so-ta.store@so-ta.com] to your approved sender list to ensure you receive our emails and services properly.
Products released in the same month can be ordered together (excluding some items).
If you order these products along with others, all reserved items will be shipped together after the release of the last item.
*If the release of any reserved item is delayed, all items will be shipped together after the delayed item is released.
If you wish to have items shipped on their individual release dates, please place separate orders for each product.
Even for orders that have already been completed, separate shipments can be arranged. However, please note that splitting your order will result in separate shipping fees of ¥840 per item.

Please use the dedicated order page to enter the number of shipments and your order number to complete the process.
Kindly note that it is not possible to split only part of the items within an order due to system limitations. We appreciate your understanding.
