Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 [Definitions]

  1. This Agreement
    The Store Terms of Use.

  2. We / Our Company
    The operator of the online store established using this Service.

  3. This Service
    The mail-order service provided by us via the Internet.

  4. Purchaser
    A person who applies for a product in accordance with the procedures prescribed by us, having fully understood and agreed to the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

  5. User
    A person who, having fully understood and agreed to the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, searches, views, or uses images, text, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, or other information (collectively, “Content”) provided through this Service.

Article 2 [Application of This Agreement]

These terms apply to the use of the Service provided via the Internet. By starting to use the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 3 [Amendments to This Agreement]

We may amend this Agreement within the scope of the Service as deemed necessary. Users and purchasers who continue to use the Service after such amendments are deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.

Chapter 2: Purchase of Products

Article 4 [Purchasing Products]

  • Users may purchase products from us using this Service.

  • Users who wish to purchase products must follow the procedures separately prescribed by us to apply for the purchase.

  • A sales contract between the user and us for the product is formed when the user clicks the button to confirm the order after verifying the delivery address, order details, and other information, and the order confirmation email from us reaches the user.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if any fraudulent or inappropriate act occurs in connection with the use of the Service, we may cancel, revoke, or take other appropriate measures regarding the sales contract.

  • Users under the age of majority cannot purchase products using this Service without prior consent from a legally authorized representative.

Article 5 [Changes to Registered Information]

Purchasers must promptly notify us of any changes to their name, address, or other information provided at the time of purchase. Even if changes are registered, transactions already processed before the change are conducted based on the information before the change.

Article 6 [Payment Methods]

  • The payment amount for products shall be the total of the product price displayed on the site, consumption tax, shipping fees, and handling fees.

  • Payment for products purchased through this Service shall be made using the payment methods prescribed by us.

  • When paying by credit card, the purchaser must comply with the terms agreed upon with the credit card company. Any disputes arising between the purchaser and the credit card company shall be resolved solely between them.

  • For any payment method specified by this Service that requires a separate agreement with the payment company, the purchaser shall comply with the terms of that agreement. Any disputes arising between the purchaser and the payment company shall be resolved solely between them.

Article 7 [Product Returns]

We will handle product returns from purchasers in accordance with the special provisions on “Returns and Exchanges” listed under “Specified Commercial Transaction Act Notices” on the site.

Chapter 3: Handling of Personal Information

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately established by us.

Chapter 4: User Responsibilities

Article 9 [Prohibited Acts]

When using this Service, users or purchasers are prohibited from:

  1. Causing inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other users, third parties, or us, or acts likely to do so.

  2. Infringing or potentially infringing the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties or us.

  3. Violating public order and morals or any laws and regulations, or acts likely to do so.

  4. Using Content obtained through this Service beyond the scope of personal use.

  5. Reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, or publicly displaying Content obtained through this Service, either directly or through other users or third parties, or engaging in acts similar to the foregoing.

  6. Interfering with the operation of this Service or other services provided by us.

  7. Engaging in acts reasonably deemed inappropriate by us, such as damaging or undermining our credibility.

  8. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by us.

Chapter 5: Disclaimer

Article 10 [Disclaimer]

  1. We are not responsible for any damages suffered by third parties due to a user or purchaser violating this Agreement.

  2. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspect of the content of this Service or the information obtained through it.

  3. We shall, in principle, bear no responsibility for any damages incurred by users or purchasers through the use of this Service, nor are we obliged to compensate for such damages. However, if this Agreement constitutes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of 2000), the full exemption may not apply. In cases where a consumer contract exists and we are liable for breach of obligation or tort, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user or purchaser under this Agreement in the past year, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

  4. In the event that a purchaser fails or refuses to receive the product, is unable to receive the product due to prolonged absence, has an unknown delivery address, or for any other reason attributable to the purchaser, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our delivery obligation and shall be exempt from liability by contacting the purchaser at the registered contact information and delivering or bringing the product to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase.

Chapter 6: Miscellaneous

Article 11 [Copyrights and Intellectual Property]

Content provided through this Service is exclusively owned by us or a legitimate third-party rights holder. If any issues arise between a user or purchaser and a third party due to violation of this article, the user or purchaser shall resolve the matter at their own responsibility and expense, without causing any damage or loss to us.

Article 12 [Governing Law]

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 13 [Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction]

Any matters not stipulated in this Agreement or any doubts regarding its interpretation shall be promptly resolved through consultation between us and the user or purchaser in good faith.
For all disputes arising from this Agreement, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed-upon court of first instance.
