■ About Pre-Order Products

All of the products offered in our shop are made-to-order.
Please be aware that delivery will require additional time from the date of your order.
We kindly ask that you check the estimated delivery time before placing your order.

Estimated delivery dates provided at the time of purchase are subject to change depending on production conditions.
Release dates may be significantly delayed, product specifications may be modified, or in rare cases, sales may be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that we do not accept order cancellations due to changes in the delivery schedule (e.g. shipping delays).



About Combined Orders
Products released within the same month can be purchased together (some exceptions may apply).

All pre-ordered products will be shipped together after all items have been released.
If the release of any pre-ordered product is delayed, the entire order will be shipped together once the delayed product is available.

If you would like each product to be shipped on its individual release date, please place separate pre-orders for each item.

Please note that if you request individual shipments after placing a combined order, your order will be split into multiple shipments, and shipping fees will be charged for each shipment.
Due to system limitations, partial splitting of shipments for only some products cannot be accommodated.

■ Shipping Information(Domestic delivery only) 

Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen (tax included).
For orders under 10,000 yen (tax included), the shipping fee is as follows:*

Flat-rate shipping within Japan: 840 yen

Please note that products with separately listed shipping fees on their product pages may have different charges.

■ Shipping via World Shopping Cart

Shipping fees include both domestic (within Japan) and international shipping charges.

For domestic shipping within Japan: Orders totaling 10,000 yen or more (including tax) qualify for free shipping.
For orders under 10,000 yen, a flat domestic shipping fee of 840 yen will apply.

International shipping fees will be displayed on the checkout page of the WorldShopping Cart.
Please confirm the charges before proceeding with payment.

■Failed Delivery / Refused Packages

If your package is not received, please note that the carrier will hold it for approximately one week (this period may vary depending on the carrier).

Within this holding period, please check the shipping company and tracking number provided in your shipping notification email and contact the carrier directly to arrange redelivery.

If the holding period expires without redelivery, the package will be returned to us as a refused delivery.
In such cases, we will notify you by email once the item has been returned.

If you would like the item to be resent, a shipping and handling fee of 2,000 yen per order will apply.
To proceed, please purchase the “Redelivery Procedure” from our store. Once confirmed, we will arrange the reshipment.

This policy also applies if delivery fails due to an unclear or changed address without prior notification.
Please ensure that your full and correct address—including street number, apartment or building name, and room number—is entered when placing your order.
If you have recently moved or updated your address, kindly inform us through the inquiry form with your new details.

Shipping Notice
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during shipping.
For any issues during delivery, please contact the shipping company directly.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or changes in quantity due to customer convenience cannot be accepted once an order has been confirmed.

Examples of cancellations considered to be for customer convenience include (but are not limited to):

  • Ordering the wrong quantity

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Requesting to combine orders for items with the same release month after payment has been completed

  • Selecting the wrong payment method

  • Inability to complete payment, etc.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


■ Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are not accepted.
We kindly ask for your understanding.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us via the CONTACT form within 7 days of receiving your order.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the product was received

  • The product was returned without prior notice

  • Minor imperfections due to manufacturing characteristics

  • The product has been used

  • The product was damaged, soiled, altered, or repaired by the customer

  • Only the outer packaging (e.g., cardboard box or product package) is damaged or dented, but the product itself is not defective

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued via cash on delivery (COD) after we receive the returned product.
