Sales Price and Shipping Fees
The sales price shall be the amount displayed on the website (including consumption tax). Shipping fees may be charged separately. Please refer to each product page for details.
If the delivery address is changed (forwarded) to an address different from the one registered at the time of purchase due to reasons such as an incorrect shipping address, prolonged absence, or relocation, additional shipping fees corresponding to the new delivery address will be incurred. These additional fees must be paid by the recipient (cash on delivery).
Please note that we are unable to request forwarding services from the shipping carrier on behalf of customers. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee or cover any additional shipping fees incurred due to address forwarding.
If, for the same reasons, an item is returned to us and you request redelivery, you will be required to pay an additional redelivery handling fee using a method designated by us. After we confirm receipt of the payment, the item will be reshipped with shipping charges prepaid by us.

Convenience Store Payment
Payment must be completed within 3 days from the date the order is placed.
If payment is not completed within the specified period, the order will be automatically canceled.
Delivery Time
Products will be delivered to the shipping address designated by the registered user in accordance with the estimated delivery period displayed on this service.
Withdrawal of Application, Cancellation of Contract, and Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept withdrawal of applications, contract cancellations, or returns and exchanges of products.
However, if the product has an initial defect and you contact us within 8 days from the date of delivery (the response period) using our designated method (https://store.so-ta.com/pages/contact), we will, in principle, provide a replacement. Depending on our judgment, a refund may be issued instead of an exchange.
Examples of Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted
(1) Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience
(2) Returns made without prior notice
(3) Requests for returns or exchanges of products that have been damaged or scratched after use
(4) Requests for returns or exchanges made by someone other than the purchaser
(5) Requests for returns or exchanges of products purchased through non-authorized channels such as auction sites
(6) Requests for returns or exchanges of products purchased outside this website (including, but not limited to, permanent stores, physical stores, or online shops)
(7) Cases where the issue is due to inherent manufacturing characteristics
