Studio SO-TA Co., Ltd. Terms used in this Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”).

2. Purpose of Use

We collect and use Personal Information within the scope of the following purposes (collectively, the “Purposes”):

  1. To provide information and services appropriate for the user within the Service.

  2. To improve and enhance the quality of the Service.

  3. To examine, develop, and notify users about service specification changes, new services, or new features.

  4. To handle payment processing and billing for the Service.

  5. To respond to user inquiries and perform administrative communication.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

Our partnered service providers may collect User Information (including cookies, device information, location, browsing history, access logs, IP addresses, and browser information) to deliver targeted marketing, advertisements, performance measurement, and provision of goods/services.   1. We may outsource the handling of Personal Information to third parties within the scope agreed under this Policy, selecting providers with sufficient privacy protection measures and monitoring their management appropriately.


4. Security Measures

  1. We implement necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage to Personal Information. For inquiries regarding these measures, contact the office listed in Section 6.

  2. We provide training and education on Personal Information protection to our employees and related personnel periodically.

  3. For partner companies, we monitor their handling of Personal Information through contractual obligations and confidentiality agreements.


5. Rights to Access, Correction, and Suspension

  1. Users may request access, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or cessation of third-party provision of their Personal Information to the extent permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act. Requests should follow the procedure below:

    • Contact our office listed in Section 6.

    • We will provide the required form for submission.

    • Identity verification is performed either by:

      • Providing three or more matching items such as address, phone number, fax number, or name of responsible person; or

      • Submitting official identification documents (e.g., driver’s license, passport). If using a legal representative or agent, additional documentation may be required.

    • Mail the completed form and identification documents to our contact address.

  2. Collection of Personal Information may be suspended if such information is required for the provision of the Service.

  3. A fee of 1,000 JPY per request applies for access to usage purposes or disclosure of Personal Information or third-party provision records. Payment must be made to the account specified in the invoice.
